The Personalised Drinks Company Ltd is fully licensed to sell alcohol.
 
 
Age restriction
It is illegal to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 years. It is also illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. In placing an order, you are confirming that you and the intended recipient are both of legal age.
 
 
General Trading

When buying goods and services on the internet, a customer is entering into a legally binding contract.
 
We reserve the right to elect not to accept an order and to refund any monies paid without reason or notice. This is likely in the event of:

- A suspicion of intent to contravene licensing laws, especially concerning age restrictions.
- Any inflammatory or obscene content to be included in the product dispatched.
 
 
Reproduction of information and photographs

 
In submitting any images or text to us, you confirm that they are your property and that our reproduction of such images or text is undertaken by us on your behalf and at your own risk. Please note that images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and not for resale.
 
 
Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

 
Pricing
All prices for our products are stated on this website.  The postage and packaging amount will be shown at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
 
 
Products
Whilst every effort is made to keep our website as up to date as possible, some products may vary from those displayed on the website. We reserve the right to make product changes without notice at any time. All labels will contain legally required information regardless of design options.
 
 
Availability
In the event of us having insufficient stock to satisfy your order at the time of entry, we will suggest the likely possible delivery date of your order. You will then be able to place an alternative order for another product, or accept this likely delivery date and continue with your original order.
 
 
Damages and complaints
Any complaint you have with our products or services should be addressed to our customer services team by email. All of our products should reach their intended recipients in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of breakage, this must be recorded on the driver’s delivery paperwork. In the event of a defective product, we will require the product to be sent back to us. In either case, we must be notified within seven days of delivery via email at  customer-services@thepersonaliseddrinkscompany.co.uk.
 
 
Cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled after the label proof has been approved. 
 
 
Returns
If a gift is found to be faulty on receipt please notify us and return the items to us within 7 days. Once the faulty goods are received we will either replace on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (including the original postage and packaging charge you paid). This excludes products damaged in transit.
  
 
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well and UK cheques. Please note that for cheque orders we reserve the right to await successful clearance of funds before shipping your goods. Cheques must be received by us within 7 days of your order being placed. If not, we will inform you by email. If we have still not received your payment after a further 7 days you will be emailed with notification of your order being cancelled. We will not despatch any goods until the normal checks and authorisations have been completed.
 
 
Data Protection
The Personalised Drinks Company Ltd complies with The Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell your personal information to any third party for any reason.
